My name is Katy and I am super passionate about all animals, but in particular man’s best friend. I am based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and am delighted to offer professional, friendly and caring services tailor made to you and your pooch which I hope you’ll think are a cut above the rest. All dogs will be catered for; from puppies to seniors and Dachshunds to Great Danes, please feel free to contact me if you have any special requirements.

Now, all dogs are different and we should all appreciate and celebrate this.

Some dogs are anxious and prefer their own company, whilst others thrive on the chase that a group walk can bring. I offer both solo walks and group walks; up to a maximum of 3 dogs at a time. Eventually you can decide whether your dog remains on or off the lead, however I will lead walk only until I feel they are happy around me and I am confident I would be able to recall them safely.

Maybe you’d rather reserve walking your fur-baby for when you’re home, and you’d like me to simply pop by to relieve them, feed them, play with them, or of course – just come for cuddles!

Day care and overnight stays are available. As there would be other dogs in my home it would be on a meet and greet basis to check all temperaments and energy levels are compatible with one another before committing to any lengthy stays. I would like to become your dog’s home from home, and wherever they decide to sleep (whether that be in a crate, on their bed or my bed) is fine by me!

Where I believe I differ from other dog carers I have researched; my biggest desire is to provide canine enrichment. Dogs are very intelligent and can become easily bored if their brain is not used to its full capacity. I like to use fun, mind puzzling games, often involving food to really get them thinking. To this end, I have begun baking my own home made doggy treats, which include natural ingredients such as turmeric, pumpkin, linseed, flaxseed and coconut oil which have become widely recognised as being a valuable part of a healthy diet.

I have carried out a Pet First Aid course run by my vets, and I am fully insured.

I will cover Bury St Edmunds and surrounding villages, up to a 10 mile radius.
